Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Festiva - Festival Post Maker. By clicking the "Agree" button, downloading, or using the Festiva app, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not click "Agree" and refrain from using the application.


License

Festiva - Festival Post Maker provides you with a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download, install, and use the application on your mobile device. This license is granted solely for your personal and business use, and may only be utilized in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. You may not use the application for any commercial purposes beyond those permitted by this Agreement or transfer your license to any other person or entity.


Limitations

Content Usage: Any misuse or unauthorized modification of content outside the Festiva - Festival Post Maker app may result in the permanent suspension or deletion of your account, with or without prior notice. You are permitted to modify images and videos only within the app itself.

Prohibition on Sales: You are not authorized to sell, transfer, or otherwise distribute any images or videos created using the app to third parties.

Prohibition on Republishing: Republishing or sharing any material from Festiva - Festival Post Maker on other platforms or websites is strictly prohibited.

Prohibition on Distribution: You must not sell, rent, or sublicense any material obtained from Festiva - Festival Post Maker.

Prohibition on Reproduction: Reproducing, duplicating, copying, or redistributing any material from the app in any form or by any means is not allowed.

This includes creating frames that modify or alter the visual presentation or appearance of our content in any manner.


Duration and Termination

This Agreement is effective from the date you accept it and will continue until terminated either by you or by Festiva - Festival Post Maker.

Festiva reserves the right to suspend or terminate this Agreement at its discretion, with or without notice, and for any reason or no reason at all.

If you violate any terms of this Agreement, it will automatically terminate without prior notice. You can also terminate the Agreement at any time by uninstalling the application and removing all copies from your mobile device or desktop.

Upon termination, you must immediately stop using the application and ensure that all copies of it are deleted from your devices.


Payments

Certain features of the Festiva - Festival Post Maker app are available for purchase. Payments made for these premium features are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Subscription plans include:
Monthly Plan: Valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
Yearly Plan: Valid for 365 days from the date of purchase.


Removal of Links

If you encounter any link on our website or application that you find offensive or problematic, you may contact us to request its removal. While we will review and consider such requests, we are not obligated to remove the link or provide a direct response.

Festiva - Festival Post Maker does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the content on our website or application. As our website and application are continuously updated, the information may become outdated or contain errors. We strive to maintain accurate content but accept no liability for any inaccuracies or changes that may occur.


Custom Frames

The Festiva - Festival Post Maker app provides options for custom frames. Please note that creating and processing a custom frame may take up to 5-7 Working days from the date of purchase before it becomes available for use within the app.

Once you have approved and finalized the design of a custom frame, it cannot be altered or revised thereafter.


Content Responsibility

Festiva - Festival Post Maker is not liable for any content displayed on your website or application. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the content on your site or app. You must ensure that no links or content on your website or application are defamatory, obscene, illegal, or infringe upon the rights of any third party, or advocate such violations.


Severability

If any part of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be revised and interpreted to fulfill its intended purpose as closely as possible within the bounds of applicable law. The remaining provisions of this Agreement will remain in full force and effect.


Changes to the Agreement

Festiva - Festival Post Maker may update or amend this Agreement at any time at its sole discretion. If we make significant changes, we will notify you at least 5 days before the new terms take effect. The determination of what constitutes a significant change is at our sole discretion.
